Financial Reconciliation Specialist

Are you an experienced reconciler looking for a new challenge? We're seeking an experienced and high-performing reconciler to join our Financial Reconciliations team at Nationwide.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our Financial Reconciliations team to ensure accounting, processes, and systems are thoroughly tested and delivered seamlessly into the team. You'll work on reconciliations, accounting, and financial processes, using your expertise to identify and implement process improvements.
We value our time in the office to solve problems, to learn, and to feel connected. As part of this role, you'll spend at least two days per week, or if part-time, 40% of your working time, at our office in Swindon.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with projects impacting the team to ensure accounting, processes, and systems are thoroughly tested and delivered seamlessly into the team.
- Identify and implement process improvements, engaging with stakeholders to ensure processes are adequately documented, challenged, and developed under effective controls.
- Support the implementation and integrity of any change programmes that impact reconciliations.
