Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience: A proven track record in customer-facing roles.
  • IT Skills: Proficient in using computers, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Communication: Excellent telephone manners and communication skills.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours.
  • Salary: Competitive hourly rate of £12.39.
