We are currently recruiting for a highly skilled Conveyancing Administration Specialist to join our client based in Swindon. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. General Administrative Duties: Assist with residential conveyancing, gathering information, updating the Case Management System, and maintaining confidentiality.
  2. Client Communication: Meet clients in person, take telephone calls and messages, and ensure timely responses.
  3. Administrative Tasks: Frank letters, receive and redirect calls, populate spreadsheets, and maintain quality and service standards.
Requirements:
  1. Administrative Experience: A minimum of [£22,000 - £28,000] per annum depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days annual leave and pension.
  2. Skills and Qualifications: Excellent administrative skills, strong communication skills, good listening skills, ability to clearly relay messages, record information, and update systems.
  3. Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and case management software.
