Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Property Assistant to join our team in Swindon. The successful candidate will have excellent administrative skills, strong communication skills, and experience working in residential conveyancing.

About the Role:

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with residential conveyancing, provide exceptional client care, and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, prepare and dispatch letters via franking machine, and meet clients in person to discuss their needs.
  • Handle telephone calls and messages, maintain confidentiality at all times, and prioritize Client Care to ensure exceptional standards are maintained.

Requirements:

  • Ideal Candidate Requirements:
  • Possess excellent administrative skills, strong communication skills, and effective listening skills to comprehend client needs.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and a case management system, with good keyboard skills and typing efficiency.
  • Able to meet strict deadlines, communicate clearly and accurately relay messages, record information, and update CMS, databases, and spreadsheets.
