Office Administrator

We here at Siamo Recruitment are currently seeking an office administrator for a well-established leading Wealth Management company in Swindon. As an office administrator you will be responsible for providing an effective high level secretarial and administrative service to Advisors, Managing directors, and the internal teams.

**Key responsibilities for this Office Administrator will include**:
- Plan advertiser diaries and ensure that diaries are accurately updated.
- Answering the phone and resolving queries and making efficient notes.
- Ensure all relevant spreadsheets are maintained and up to date.
- Call clients and book meetings for advisors.
- Manage contractors.
- Book restaurants when required and collect lunches for advisors when required.
- Any Ad - Hoc administration for TA’s
- Scanning, Filing and directing post.
- The ability to balance conflicting demands in a calm and friendly manner.
- Confident in answering the phone and dealing with queries efficiently.
- Professional communication and excellent organisational skills.
- Able to work autonomously, remotely and within a team.
- Good attention to detail.
- Experience in maintaining systems, processes and procedures.
- Able to use Microsoft office programmes.
- Previous work in an administrator role or a similar role essential.
- Previous experience in a financial industry sector isn’t required but would be advantageous.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00 per year
