**The Role**

This role is responsible for growing Ebury's global banking & payments network. Managing Ebury's supplier relationships with banking, FX liquidity & payment partners across 40 countries, in addition to running Ebury's banking operations.

This position will be part of the treasury leadership team and will play a key role in the performance of Ebury. It will report directly to the Group Treasurer and will lead a small team.
- Manage the existing banking partners, building strong relationships with both the large and the small providers - in America, in EMEA, in Africa, in APAC: understanding well our liquidity providers capabilities is key to our success.
- Generate detailed MI reports on the P&L of those relationships: the ability to provide continuous insights to the current drivers and market comparables will be one of your KPIs.
- Originate new, domestic and international, multi-product banking relationships for the Group.
- Acting as the primary escalation point across the business for any issues and incidents arising with the existing bank & PSP relationships.
- Support Ebury Senior Management designing strategic Partnership opportunities, identifying and validating any expansion ideas.
- Collaborate and work closely with Product and the Treasury Desk to develop the right opportunities and capabilities.
- Identifying opportunities and proposing changes to contracts with Ebury's banking partners.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies.

**About you**:
We are looking for an individual with drive and passion that is eager to lead our banking relationships function at Ebury to the next level.
- Experience: more than 5 years working in a similar function in banking, fintech or corporate treasury role.
- Knowledge of banking, treasury and payments products and processes.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to build and leverage cross-functional relationships.
- Agility to work across the company with various groups.
- IT skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
