Sales and Customer Service Manager
**Job Summary**
This role is an interesting and varied customer service role working for an international client who are currently undergoing a period of expansion.
**Job Role**.
You will manage a small team who in turn support the organisation's customers. Paramount to this role is to deliver a first-class customer service delivery.
The customers are varied and will continue to present the team with a variety of challenges and opportunities. This role is purely focused on delivering a first-class service and ensuring that actions are followed through. Your leadership skills will be vitalas you coach and mentor the team to upskill their existing skills.
**Required Skills and Experience**
The key skill needed for this role is an ability of offer customer service to a variety of clients combined with leadership experience.
You may currently be managing a team in retail, hospitality or in contact centres or you may be looking for a complete career change however can demonstrate leadership and customer service skills.
Training will be given if you can demonstrate an understanding of delivering first-class customer service.
You will need to have a good command of basic IT packages e.g., MS Office.
