Shared Services Administrator

Based in **Aberdeen, UK **, you will carry out a wide range of administrative tasks for the overall business, supporting a wide range of functions and Business Units. You will also provide reception duties to ensure all visitors are routinely dealt with in an efficient and courteous manner and to provide service for incoming calls working as a member of the Administration Shared Services Team.
**In this role you will**:
- Provide service for incoming calls (answer calls where possible within 3 rings), handling queries, redirecting calls, taking and passing on messages in an accurate and timely manner.
- Receive and welcome visitors to the site, ensuring they are dealt with in an efficient and courteous manner.
- Manage meeting room bookings and arrange catering/buffets as required.
- Assist with completing pre-qualification questionnaires for the business.
- Support Health and Safety for the site ensuring regular testing of the fire alarm system, policy updates on noticeboards, displaying the monthly HSE bulletin and maintaining accurate Fire and First Aid team lists.
- Local events support, inc. booking venues/hotels/restaurants, executive transport, registration forms etc.

**In this role you need**:
- Standard grade in English and Maths.
- Proven experience and competence in word processing/typing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision.
