Provide friendly and professional customer service to all customers and clients, demonstrating a can-do attitude towards individual customer requests and strive to exceed customer expectations.
- Offer administrative support to the Office Services Manager.
- Manage stock levels and ensure proper stock rotation within the micromarket.
- Oversee front and back of house services, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Place orders for necessary supplies and products, ensuring adequate inventory levels.
- Assist when required with the loading or unloading of deliveries to unit.
- Check all items against delivery notes, or an invoice and report to Line Manager any stock, or goods discrepancy.
- Ensure planograms for retail stock are adhered to and fully compliant with company brand standards.
- Conduct and monitor all stocktaking procedures ensuring mínimal risk of waste.
- Supporting the management and upkeeping of storeroom areas.
- Supporting with IT systems on site, processing of invoices/delivery notes, communicating with suppliers for raising credits etc.
- Running reports from the till system as required. Compiling all financial paperwork in preparation for month end as required
- Provide cover as a Food Service Assistant during busy service periods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in food and beverage areas, including the kitchen, dining room, and coffee shop.
- Assist with food preparation, service, handling, and storage as directed by your Line Manager.
- Ensure all displays, counters and seating areas comply with company and statutory health and hygiene requirements, including but not limited to Food Information Regulations and Reference Intake labelling.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Flexibility to work in other units within a reasonable distance when required.

- Adheres to personal hygiene standards and follows safety procedures diligently.
- Willing to undertake manual cleaning duties as part of the role.
- Shares knowledge and experiences with team members to foster a collaborative environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Basic Food Hygiene/level 2 certification is desirable but not essential.
