Job Overview


Service Care Legal is collaborating with a prestigious law firm recognized for its outstanding client service and customized legal solutions.

The successful candidate will have the option to choose their preferred office location.

We are in search of a skilled and committed Estate Administration Paralegal to join our Private Client Services team.

This role presents a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to advance their career within a nurturing and dynamic team atmosphere.

The position entails overseeing a diverse range of estate administration cases, ensuring exceptional client service standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Overseeing all facets of estate administration from initial consultation to finalization.
2. Communicating with clients, heirs, financial institutions, and other relevant parties.
3. Drafting legal documents, including wills, powers of attorney, and trust agreements.
4. Assisting with estate planning and providing guidance on inheritance tax matters.
5. Offering support and counsel to clients throughout the estate administration process.

Qualifications and Skills

1. Demonstrated experience in an estate administration paralegal role within a private client services environment.
2. Strong knowledge of Scottish estate administration law and procedures.
3. Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to manage a demanding caseload.
4. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
