**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage all aspects of executry administration from initial meeting through to completion, ensuring a high standard of client care.
  • Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and other third parties to provide exceptional service.
  • Draft legal documents, including wills, powers of attorney, and trust deeds, in accordance with Scottish executry law and procedures.
  • Assist with estate planning and inheritance tax advice, providing support and guidance to clients throughout the executry process.

**Qualifications and Skills**

  • Proven experience in an executry paralegal role within a private client department, with a strong understanding of Scottish executry law and procedures.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy caseload, with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
