Service Care Solutions - Legal is seeking an experienced and dedicated Executry Paralegal to join our Private Client Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to further their career within a supportive and dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of executry administration from initial meeting through to completion.
  • Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and other third parties.
  • Draft legal documents, including wills, powers of attorney, and trust deeds.
  • Assist with estate planning and inheritance tax advice.
  • Provide support and advice to clients throughout the executry process.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an executry paralegal role within a private client department.
  • Strong understanding of Scottish executry law and procedures.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy caseload.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
