Job Title: Paralegal

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and organized paralegal to join our legal team and support the Legal Entity Rationalisation (LER) activities internationally.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will play a key role in all LER activities requiring legal support, working closely with the LER team to provide dedicated legal assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the closure and reorganization of legal entities
  • Provide legal support for M&A transactions, commercial contracts, and corporate governance
  • Work with external counsel and service providers
  • Contribute to the provision of legal services across the Group and business units
Requirements:
  • Legal, Legal Executive, or Paralegal qualification
  • Paralegal experience in corporate and/or securities law
  • Experience in general domestic and international corporate legal matters
  • English language fluency
  • Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency
