Exciting Opportunity for Energy and Corporate Lawyers

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team of leading professionals at QED Legal LLP. As a commercial and corporate lawyer, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting and challenging projects in the upstream oil and gas sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising on upstream operational contracts, including JOAs, transportation arrangements, and decommissioning security agreements
  • Providing support on diligence aspects of M&A transactions, including working with the wider energy team on non-Oil & Gas transactions
  • Advising on regulatory matters and business development with clients and prospects
  • Assisting the Oil & Gas team in keeping up to date with legal and industry developments

As a successful candidate, you will have a minimum of 1 year of post-qualifying experience in energy or corporate/commercial law. You will be a driven and ambitious individual who is keen to learn and develop your skills within this fast-moving area of law.
