The main duties of this position are:

- General administrative duties
- Dealing with enquiries and offer customer support by E-mail & Telephone
- Reviewing jobs prior to invoicing
- Dealing with purchase order requests
- Writing up part sheet requests.
- Preparing repair quotes including negotiating prices with customers.
- Scheduling tyre fitting jobs
- Administration of fleet management system
- A good telephone manner & be conscientious.
- Have the ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- You must be well organised and have a customer focused approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
