Sales Administrator

Based at our Head Office in Carlisle, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator to join Lloyd Ltd at our growing, busy Accounts Department.
Playing a key role to the business behind the scenes, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient administration of machinery sales and providing assistance, as required, to our Sales Representatives.
**Job Role**
As a Sales Administrator you will complete sales administration duties on behalf of the sales departments, including ordering machinery, registering machinery, administering external hires and processing invoices. As part of the role, you will also complete internal branch transfers, support with sales and purchase order processing, and carry out ad-hoc administration tasks to support the business.
**Job Criteria**
The ideal Sales Administrator will have the following skills and experiences:
- Strong administration skills (essential)
- Previous experience in a similar role (desirable)
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
- Good communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

**Contract Type -** Permanent
**Working Hours -** 37.5 hours per week working Monday to Friday from 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
