**About the role**
Assist the team in:
- Maintaining relationships with the existing Borderway Finance Limited client and introducer base by providing assistance and support.
- Administer transactions on behalf of Borderway Finance Limited including the completion of finance documentation, data input, processing of proposals, calculation of commission, completion of monthly reports and the following up of outstanding documentation.
Other duties include:
- Process and reconcile card payments.
- Maintain records/files for settled cases.
- Provide settlement figures to supporting dealers.
- General administrative tasks as required to maintain operational efficiencies.
- Manage your own workload within agreed timescales.
**About you**:
- Ability to work accurately to set timelines.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Able to work as part of a team, having the ability to prioritise and plan workload.
**Working hours**
Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5.15pm with a requirement to work at least 1 in 4 Saturdays 10.00am - 4.00pm.
Initially, the role will be office based however the ability to in a hybrid way from home and the office will be available once fully trained.
