**TV Ops & Campaign Coordinator Job Spec**

**Salary - dependant on experience**

360 are looking for a highly driven Campaign Coordinator to join our growing team. London based 360, specialise in both Linear TV with our main inventory focusing on Ethnic broadcast and local TV stations.

You will need to be able to be organised and reactive as you will be responsible for the campaign delivery across both companies, working with the sales team and finance reporting on the campaigns that you deliver.

**Responsibilities / Accountabilities**

Campaign delivery management - optimising the commercial airtime & liaising with sales team on priority clients, monitoring delivery and manipulating airtime in response to changes to impacts.

Booking of schedules and allocating copy across the campaign portfolio.

Liaising with clients to ensure campaign approvals are processed, copy is received for each product, updated schedules are sent out, and campaign credits/debts are tracked & adjusted accordingly.

Delivery of schedules to Broadcast in line with daily deadlines.

Analysing and reporting data trends and maximising efficient use of inventory.

**Personal Specification**

Ability to communicate with people at all levels to deliver a clear focussed customer orientated strategy.

The ability to make quick, rational decisions in a pressurised environment.

Numeracy, analytical skills, and attention to detail are important, and you must be highly organised with strong time management skills.
