Projects Administrator

Worthing

A Projects Administrator with office administration experience is required for Hunters’ client, a small but extraordinarily successful supplier to the catering and hospitality industry. The Projects Administrator supports the project managers within thebusiness to ensure project deadlines are met and customer expectations are exceeded.

The Projects Administrator
- Takes calls from customers/suppliers
- Assists with diaries
- Processes paperwork from quotations to deliveries and installations
- Liaises with other team members to ensure project dates stay on target
- Raises paperwork through the CRM system including quotations, job sheets and purchase offers

Our client is looking for
- Ability to implement and maintain a paper and electronic filing systems
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
- Computer literacy and good keyboard skills with accuracy and attention to detail.

Full training given. 25 days plus bank holidays

Monday to Friday 9-5
