Administrative Liaison

CV-Library in Shoreham is currently seeking an Administrative Liaison to join their ELT team on a temporary basis, with potential opportunities for long-term growth and career advancement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the ELT team with administration, scheduling, logistics, communication, and confidential tasks, ensuring seamless operations and efficient leadership. This includes meeting coordination, project and initiative support, stakeholder management, travel arrangements, event support, and office management.
- Prior experience as an EA in a Tier 1/2 private equity portfolio company is necessary.
- Proficiency in using tools such as Microsoft Teams and other office systems is required.
- A strong communicator and collaborator with confidence across all levels, fostering a positive work culture.
- Job Title: Administrative Liaison
- Salary: Approximately £45,000 per annum
- Location: Shoreham
- Contract: Temporary Contract - possibility of going permanent
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role and proficiency in using Microsoft Teams and other office systems.
