**JOB TITLE**: Administrative Coordinator
**LOCATION**: Worthing (with flexibility to work from home after training)
**HOURS**: Monday
- Friday 9am - 5pm
**SALARY**: £25,500 p/a auntomatically rising to £27,500 after probationary period.

Due to lots of exciting growth within the company, we're teaming up with the Hiring Manager to recruit an Administrative Coordinator to join the expanding team. This exciting opportunity would suit an ambitious person who is looking for progression
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Supporting the Team Leader in monitoring the flow of admin work in the department
- Allocating and delegating admin tasks to other team members
- Reporting
- Assisting with project work
- Assist the Team Leader in identifying system/process improvements
- Deputising for the Team Leader in their absense
**About you**:
- Good IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word and Excel)
- Strong administration skills
- Able to follow processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and work to timescales
