Procurement and Administration Coordinator

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as an Engineering Support Professional. Estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £65,000 per annum.
Job DescriptionYou will work closely with our procurement team to manage procurement administration tasks with precision, including creating and generating project reports from SAP.
Your responsibilities will include actively engaging with suppliers via phone and email to secure updates on delivery dates and confirmations, ensuring seamless operations. You will also update SAP with revised delivery information, escalating critical details to team members and project managers as needed.
Additionally, you will oversee the placement of web orders for commercial and low-value items, adhering to pre-agreed pricing. You will support facilities tasks within the procurement team, including administration, documentation, and the purchase of consumables.
Key Requirements- Proven experience in a similar procurement or administrative role, ideally within the automotive or engineering sectors.
- Proficiency in SAP and strong IT skills to manage reports and supplier communications efficiently.
