We are looking for an IT Project Coordinator to support the delivery of IT Strategic Project Portfolio on-time and in-scope through management of prioritisation, resource allocation, governance, reporting and administration.
This is a fixed term contract role (12 months) working 22.5 hours per week (with a minimum of 3 working days - we are flexible how these are worked)
**About you**
You will be familiar with project management methods and tools and have experience of resource allocation.
Experience within a pharmaceutical and GMP background would be beneficial but not essential.
**The role**
You will be involved in the following:
- Using ATLs portfolio, programme and project control solutions for planning people and resource allocation, scheduling, and tracking
- Providing administrative and facilitation services to steering committee
- Providing guidance on ATLs project management procedures, processes, tools, and techniques
- Setting up project collaboration environments, managing file templates, compiling and distributing reports
- Certifying governance compliance through:
- verifying gateway criteria sign-off
- ensuring decision logs are maintained and cascaded
- monitoring project risk and issue logs
- Ensuring accuracy and availability of Project List
- Supporting continuous improvement of project processes
- Following ITIL and GAMP practices including Change Management
- Effective management of own workload supporting timely Project Delivery
- Please note that this is a hybrid role with a requirement to be on-site in Worthing, as required. The salary of £21,000 is for the part time role (£35,000 FTE). _
