We are now looking to strengthen our delivery team with a Delivery and Finance Coordinator. Ideally, you will have a strong customer experience and administration background, with a real passion for putting the customer first.

This is an office-based role and you will be responsible for the customer journey from the point a sale is confirmed. Ensuring customers are kept up to date with lead times, build times, part exchange details and delivery, your role is to ensure our customers have a first-class experience.

People are at the heart of everything that we do at Motorfinity, so it is important we find the right people to complement our existing team.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Answer incoming calls and pass over to relevant department as needed.
- Deal with customer enquiries and update as needed.
- Maintain excellent customer service ensuring customers have a full understanding on the status of their order and any changes.
- Check all data accuracy in orders and invoices, escalating any issues as needed.
- Maintain customer order packs, administrative and compliance systems with up to date information
- Liaise with dealerships to confirm lead times, build times and delivery information and pass on as necessary to customers and other teams
- Work alongside the finance team to oversee part exchange transactions (incoming and outgoing) payments.
- Communicate feedback from customers internally to management.
- Ensure compliance in all FCA guidance and accreditation

**About You**
- Previous customer service experience
- You’ll be highly motivated and have a meticulous attention to detail
- Confident, compassionate and sincere
- Driven and motivated to solve problems and provide a high level service
- An exceptional communicator and highly organised with the ability to form relationships and build rapport with people quickly
- Ability to think on your feel and multitask.
- Great team player, willing to support and assist your sales colleagues.

The working hours for this role are either 8.00am - 5.00 pm/8.30am - 5.30pm/9.00am - 6.00pm.
