The Project Operations Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects while adhering to the established standards and methodologies within Flowserve. This role involves collaboration with both internal teams and external partners to ensure that project activities are executed in line with technical specifications and contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:- Full ownership and accountability for the execution and performance of projects.
- Fostering strong customer relationships by cultivating a supportive work atmosphere.
- Managing project scope and financials throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinating the efforts of project team members effectively.
- Overseeing project budget expectations and expenditures.
- Providing regular updates on project milestones and overall status to relevant stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in program and project management.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Expertise in estimating, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Experience with risk assessment and change management.
- Certification in Greenbelt, Blackbelt, or Lean methodologies is advantageous.
- Familiarity with rotating equipment is a plus.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field along with 3-5 years of professional experience.
