Warehouse Training & Compliance Coordinator

Menzies Distribution Limited is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Training & Compliance Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering professional, effective MHE training to ensure all employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and deliver MHE training programs to ensure all employees are trained to the highest standards
  • Develop and maintain training plans to meet business objectives and drive improved H&S performance
  • Work closely with the SHEQ team to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure all MHE operators are properly assessed and trained before becoming operational
  • Monitor and report on MHE performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Liaise with internal and external governing bodies to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Requirements:

  • Valid RTITB FLT Trainer Qualification
  • Ability to deliver knowledge of MHE operation and instruction to all users
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good computer literacy and ability to use training management software
