About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide critical support to our ward staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the ward team, including updating service user information, managing the ward diary, and typing up correspondence and documentation.
  • Assisting with the coordination of meetings and events, and maintaining accurate records of attendance and minutes.
  • Using information technology to produce various documents and electronic information, including database applications and electronic rostering systems.
  • Maintaining and updating filing and record-keeping systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Providing excellent customer service to service users, their families, and other stakeholders, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with service users, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • A high level of attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
