Customer Service and Sales Support Coordinator

As a Customer Service and Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team to achieve exceptional customer service. Your duties will include:
Entering sales orders accurately into the system across multiple companies (B2C & B2B)
Providing essential admin support to the sales team, with strong computer skills in Excel and Word
Being the first point of contact for inbound calls, with a bright and friendly telephone manner
