Job Overview
Mencap is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Support Coordinator, you will provide day-to-day administrative support to our Service Managers and Area Operations Managers, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor business processes and coordinate with our HR, Payroll, Training, IT, and Resourcing teams.
- Deliver high-quality, efficient, and professional customer service to support our management team.
- Develop digital ways of working and provide administrative support to our team.
Requirements:
- Excellent typing and computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office packages.
- Experience in drafting letters and reports.
- Administrative support experience, preferably to a management team.
- Strong telephone communication skills.
- Ability to take notes and provide administrative support.
