Project Coordinator

Chase & Holland is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join their team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing new commercial and upgrade orders from point of order through deliveries, installation, commissioning, and site visits. You will work closely with the production coordinator, sales estimators, manufacturing team, engineering, and finance teams to deliver projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with production coordinator, sales estimators, manufacturing team, engineering, and finance teams to deliver projects
- Coordinate and plan engineers' diaries
- Maintain and update project records as required
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and clients
- Manage administration created by your own work
- Learn, understand, and keep up to date on industry news, standards, and legislation
Requirements:
- Strong background in a project management setting
- Experience of working with technical products, preferably in a construction capacity
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Strong organisation skills and a good eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
