Temporary Sales Support Role
We are seeking a flexible and supportive team member to join our sales floor team during the Christmas period. As a Christmas Sales Floor Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets.
About the Role:
- Offer fast and friendly service to customers, helping them to find the perfect products
- Share your passion and knowledge about our products with customers
- Keep the sales floors looking fantastic and easy to shop from
- Work in all areas of the store as needed, including stockrooms and processing deliveries
- Support and effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and managers at all times
- Take control of your own development and contribute to the success of the team

- Flexible, supportive, and always ready to go the extra mile for your team and customers

In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment.
This role is not one we would typically consider for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to the relevant Home Office requirements on skills level not being met.
What's Next:
As part of your application, you will be required to complete an online assessment. This will involve a Working with Numbers Assessment and a Retail Scenarios Assessment. Our in-store recruitment team will then review the successfully completed applications and those that match the job criteria closest will be contacted to arrange an initial interview.
