**Introduction**:
Working 37.5 hours per week when you join The Farndon Unit in Newark and embark on a career where you are valued and supported in everything you do as a CPA Coordinator.

As a CPA Coordinator, you will be responsible for updating documents to the Patient Clinical Information Systems and will be responsible for completing CPA documentation after each CPA Meeting and recorded accurately.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- **To liaise with the Mental Health Act Admin Department to co-ordinate the date of the initial CPA meeting after the patient’s admission.**:

- **To prepare and send out invitations to the CPA meeting to all relevant parties, ensuring latest contact information is available.**:

- **To collate and type as necessary, all relevant sections of the document prior to the meeting.**:

- **To meet and greet all visitors to the meetings and record all attendees.**:

- **Ensure that all reports are read and signed by the relevant disciplines.**:

- **Prepare and update the CPA timetable and distribute to the wards on a regular basis.**:

- **To liaise with external agencies regarding the continuing care of the patients as required.**:

- **Ensure that the patient’s clinical record is updated throughout the process so that the latest information is available electronically.**:

- **Assist in maintaining a high standard in office practice/procedures, including filing systems.**:

- **Maintain any records as may from time to time be specified to support tasks being carried out or allowed monitoring of tasks.**

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Previous experience within a similar role and/or environment.
- Good IT/computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Plan and prioritise workload.
- GCSE English & Maths at grade C/grade 5 or above, or equivalent
