Internal Audit Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Audit Manager to join our team in EMEA. As a key member of our internal audit function, you will be responsible for conducting internal audits and projects, ensuring the effectiveness of our risk management and control processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct internal audits and projects to identify and assess risks, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and implement audit plans, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure effective execution.
  • Supervise and review the work of audit staff, and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Prepare and present audit reports to management, and follow up on audit findings and recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in internal audit, and apply this knowledge to improve our audit processes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in internal audit, with a strong background in risk management and control.
  • Professional accounting or auditing designation (e.g., CA, CPA, CFA, CIA, ACCA, ACFE) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and assess risks, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
