The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects, adhering to established standards and practices within Flowserve. This role involves collaborating with both internal teams and external partners to ensure that project activities are reported and executed in line with technical specifications and contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:- Full ownership and accountability for the execution and performance of projects.
- Fostering strong customer relationships by cultivating a positive work atmosphere.
- Managing project scope and budget throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Coordinating the efforts of project team members effectively.
- Overseeing project financial expectations and expenditures.
- Providing timely communication regarding project milestones and status updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in program or project management.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Competence in estimating, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Experience in risk assessment and change management.
- Preferred certifications include Greenbelt, Blackbelt, or Lean training.
- Experience with rotating equipment is advantageous.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field along with 3-5 years of professional experience.
