As part of the wider HR function, the HR Services team is the central point of contact for HR for all managers and employees. The team provides a wide range of customer focussed HR administration and transactional services to help meet the needs of the business, covering all aspects of the employee lifecycle. The Ringway Jacobs HR team has a wide customer base and successful service delivery will mean working closely with all stakeholders. By taking a proactive and collaborative approach we are able to deliver a professional service that supports business needs

**The Role**
- Provision of comprehensive general HR administration across the employee lifecycle.
- Ensure legal compliance whilst delivering operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with other HR colleagues and Payroll.
- Support HR Business Partners with project activities when required.
- Take on other responsibilities or tasks within your skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed.
- Process authorised changes to employment terms including promotions/movements, leavers etc.
- Process leave notifications and associated pay entitlements e.g. Maternity, Paternity, Special Leave, Sickness
- Timely sharing of employment information to Payroll and other corporate support functions such as Fleet and IT
- Support annual HR activities such as salary review, performance development reviews (PDRs), holiday purchase
- Prepare offer paperwork and ensure all pre-joiner administration is accurately completed and compliant
- Support the co-ordination and delivery of induction activities as required
- Maintain accurate recording and archiving of employee data compliant with GDPR
- Accurate management of the HR Information System (Dynamics 365 Talent)
- Support the preparation of HR management information and provide ad-hoc data reports

**About You**
- You will have strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience of dealing with sensitive and confidential data / matters
- Confident user of Microsoft Office packages with the ability to manipulate data in excel using Vlookups and Pivot tables
- Experience of using HR information systems (Microsoft Dynamics would be an advantage
- Experience of working within a Human Resources environment
- CIPD Level 3 would also be advantageous.
