We are looking for a HR and Talent Administrator to provide effective and efficient administration support to the Human Resources team, as well as to internal and external customers, and to support the effective onboarding and learning of employees

What you'll be doing

  • Manage queries and requests that come through to the HR Team, including management of the Learning and Development and Jobs inboxes.
  • Facilitate processes to support the employee lifecycle, including supporting the Recruitment Specialist at hiring stage, onboarding onto our systems, and amending and updating information on HR systems.
  • Utilise HR and Talent Management systems to support users and ensure data is maintained;
  • Support the Talent Management team to develop and organise a range of organisational development/learning events and programmes at all levels of the organisation;
  • Process invoices and payments for the HR team, maintaining the budgets and working with Business Partners and the Head of HR to manage spend and ensure value for money;

What we are looking for

  • Evidence of competence in administrative processes/procedures;
  • Experience within HR and/or Learning and Development and Recruitment;
  • Excellent IT skills with experience of using MS office including Word and Excel;
  • Ability to work accurately, methodically and meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills;
