**Job Summary**

Reed is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team on an interim basis for 9 months, with a potential opportunity to become permanent after this period.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Lead, HR Business Partners, and HR Shared Service team to provide comprehensive recruitment administration support.
  • Coordinate advertising efforts, recruitment administration, and candidate shortlisting for various business units within the organization.
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to ensure a seamless hiring experience for both managers and candidates.
  • Manage recruitment requisitions across different business units, including administrative support, technical engineering, and leadership positions.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in recruitment or HR, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Experience with using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Workday.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and workloads, with a strong focus on meeting customer needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain processes and system functionality.
