Pure are working exclusively with a charity organisation who are due to growth looking for a HR Administrator on a part time basis to join their HR team.
Main Duties:
Assisting with day-to day operations of HR support duties
Administrative support to HR Manager and team
Processing documentation and preparing staff reports
Recruitment activites, supporting with vacancies, arranging shortlisting
Ensuring the company’s processes comply with employment law.
Key Requirements:
1 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role
Strong administration skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office 
Must have Excel knowledge 
Payroll experience would be a bonus
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Self-starter with a passion for supporting employees
Working Hours:
This is a part time vacancy for 21 hours per week. Hours can be worked over three, four or five days per week. Working days to include Monday and Thursday.
Salary : £25k-£28k pro rata
