**The role**

As Assessment Operations Coordinator, you will be part of our qualifications team and you will contribute to the successful delivery of the assessment sessions and moderation windows across multiple CIPD qualifications, assessments and units. You will have exposure to operational support in accordance with the requirements of regulatory bodies, best practice and CIPD procedures.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Delivering assessment operation activities to ensure the on-time delivery of accurate results, whilst ensuring the confidentiality and security of assessment evidence.
- Identifying themes and areas for improvement with recommendations of actions to enhance assessment performance through statistical analysis and reporting of learner, moderator, centre, and assessment performance from internal and external data sets.
- Produce bespoke reports including operational and performance data.
- Creating and updating relevant guidance on assessment platform, systems, and processes for centres.
- Delivering on assigned assessment activities to ensure on time delivery of assessment results to centres.
- Ensuring the correct configuration of assessment platforms and data to deliver on operational, centres and regulatory requirements.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of assessment operations processes and performance.

**What you’ll need to be successful**
- Previous experience of end-to-end assessment operations within a regulated awarding organisation.
- Previous experience of recruitment, training and monitoring of assessment markers/moderators.
- Previous experience with assessment platforms and systems, including their configuration and operation.
- Demonstrable, practical experience of project management methodologies; demonstrable ability to support project work involving a range of internal and external stakeholders and suppliers.
- Proven ability to identify opportunities and implement change, including working in smarter more focused ways.
