You will spend time learning the business and supporting across a number of planning meetings and office-based tasks before moving in to support the operational delivery.

Whilst most of that activity takes place at our main site, we do have some F&D operations located elsewhere that you'll be involved with.

The ability to build and maintain strong relationships at varying levels of seniority is key.

Environmental sustainability is important to us. We are committed to becoming carbon neutral and your opinion and actions in the F&D team will form a part of us achieving that goal.

Ideally having worked in either the F&D industry previously, and having a passion for food and drink and hospitality you will have knowledge of F&D industry trends and our best in class competitors.

Working with people outside of our organisation is important and you'll work with our chosen F&D service provider to deliver a guest focussed experience to internal and external user groups, all within the confines of our existing service level agreement.

A keen eye for detail is required for this role and you'll illustrate this through the creation of presentations, reviewing menus across all of our guest segments through proof-reading and agreeing final details.
