Operations Logistics Administrator

**Hybrid working - Monday and Friday working from home**
As Operations Logistics Administrator you will be supporting a team with administration duties.
We are looking for a strong Administrator who is PC literate, ideally used a CRM, has excellent attention to detail and is a team player.
**Key Responsibilities as an Operations Logistics Administrator**
- Work with the Logistics Controller
- Follow-up on inspections
- Ensure certifications are current and correct at all times
- Coordinate maintenance
- Liaise with other depots
- Provide assistance with damage reports and costs
- Update operating system
- Undertake adhoc projects
- Work alongside Marketing
**Key Requirements**:
- Strong, solid admin skills
- IT literate to include all MS Office packages
- Use of a CRM ideal but not essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- Team player
- Highly organised
