Join our successful, growing client based in South Cerney, of whom are currently seeking an Administrator to join their flourishing and driven business.
Our client is a leading enterprise who have evolved, developing their very own inhouse and outsource teams enabling engagement with specialists across the Civil Engineering and Construction sector empowering huge success across their industry, enhancing the company to grow at an extreme rate.

You don’t need to be the finished article - Our client has a phenomenal training team and support system prepared to nurture an individual willing to learn.
This vacancy will provide a base salary of **£24,000 - £26,000** depending on experience.

**This Administrator Role will have the below responsibilities**:
- Confidently liaise and support Directors and Managers with training over the division of the company
- Nurture and build relationships with suppliers regarding relevant training opportunities
- Manage data on the Internal system ensuring all correct information is recorded
- Maintain knowledge of up to date training requirements In the industry
- Acting as a primary contact for the business regarding scheduling and training information
- Compiling training packs together
- Manage the issue and co-ordination of health assessments and record
- Report to supervisor with any queries and updates to be provided
- Strong communication along with relationship nurturing skills
- Able to work under own initiative with a proactive mindset
- Excellent IT Skills including Excel and Microsoft Office
- Motivation to exceed expectations with ambition to lead
- An individual calm under pressure able to work in a fast paced environment
- Basic understanding of the Civil Engineering and Construction Sector would be beneficial
This position is easily commutable from surrounding area’s such as Swindon, Cirencester and Fairford.
