**Part Time Event Coordinator**

We have a fantastic newly created role for a part time Event Coordinator to join our Technical Connection Division where you will be designing, coordinating, and performing live online training events and providing divisional strategy support. This will be to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for participants, combining your expertise in event planning, technology, understanding of communities and their requirements and the creation of compelling marketing and divisional strategy support materials.

**Who we are looking for**:
Someone with a passion for administration and coordination, a supportive nature, who is systems minded, has excellent relationship building skills and enjoys creative solutions and likes to focus on continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to define the objectives, content, and format of live training events, divisional strategies and campaigns
- Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements
- Coordinate logistics, including scheduling, resource allocation, and technical setup
- Work closely with our expert team to create and curate training content
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging
- Select and implement appropriate platforms and tools for hosting live events
- Conduct technology tests and solve issues to guarantee a smooth experience during events
- Develop strategies to enhance participant engagement, including interactive activities, Q&A sessions, and discussions
- Monitor participant feedback and make real-time adjustments to improve the learning experience.
- Deliver training to presenters and facilitators on the use of online platforms and standard methodologies for virtual engagement
- Offer technical support to participants during live events and address any issues promptly

**Special Requirements**:

- Demonstrable experience in coordination
- Expert in Microsoft PowerPoint, Teams and Zoom
- Experience in a training and or educational industry will hold a distinct advantage
