**Coordinator - Partnership Recruitment**

The main purpose of this role is to work alongside the Partnership Recruitment Support Team to support the Recruitment Leadership Team in ensuring the efficient and successful operation of the division.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Providing first class administration support with all organisation, scheduling, correspondence, travel bookings, diary management and arranging meetings, ensuring professionalism and confidentiality is maintained at all times.
- Assisting with the production of MI reports and project work for the Recruitment Leadership Team and owning establishment and implementation of weekly and monthly meetings.
- Coordinating Recruitment Events and preparation of presentations for internal and external events including Development Days and Conferences.
- Taking full responsibility and ownership of own workload, striving to meet deadlines and complete all actions as required by the team.

**Who we’re looking for**:
An experienced Administrator with excellent MS Office skills and the following:

- Strong organisational and communication skills, the ability to prioritise workload, meet challenging deadlines and with an excellent eye for detail.
- Ability to work positively with a range of individuals across the entire business, building strong relationships and an understanding of the wider business objectives.
- Ability to deal with problems calmly and efficiently and to provide solutions when they arise.
- A professional approach and able to act with tact and discretion at all times.
