**Location**: Cirencester Head office 2 days per week and 3 days remote

**Employment Type**: 9 month Fixed-Term Contract

**Coordinator**

We have an excellent opportunity for a brand-new Coordinator to join our expanding Advice Policy Team on a 9month contract with strong intent to become permanent. You will be an integral member of the team, responsible for providing professional support and co-ordination to the team administration and system maintenance that contributes to the delivery of any changes and improvements to our advice across St. James’s Place and the Partnership.

**Who are we looking for**:
An organised and detailed oriented person, who enjoys following and implementing new ways of working and taking things from start to finish. Fantastic interpersonal skills with a creative flare for crafting new documents and confidence in dealing with a variety of people.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with our Advice Policy Team in the execution, and implementation of our advice tools and systems
- Support the maintenance and development of our systems and Suitability Letter Tools
- Support our Head of Advice Policy (Pensions and Non-Pensions) in the development of our Advice Assistant Tool
- Ensure our suite of documentation that supports our Partnership in delivering good client outcomes remains up to date
- Support with the management of Partnership and internal queries. Where appropriate own and resolve queries and collaborate closely with senior colleagues
- Record and track discussions and decisions of our key governance committees as part of our adherence to Consumer Duty.
- Build effective and influential relationships with key stakeholders around the business to progress projects and achieve deadlines.

**Special Requirements**
- Financial Services Products and Solutions (LP2) Qualification is desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Tools i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel on the rare occasion to attend workshop or training
- Outstanding written English and communication
