Summary of a Customer Service Administrator
This role provides additional support for the ongoing growth and re-structure of the Climate Solutions UK business, through the provision of customer service & administration support to the Climate Solutions UK customer base.

Responsibilities of a Customer Service Administrator
- Co-ordinate administration functions & audit trails to ensure compliance for all aspects relating to technical site support visits for both the internal after-sales service team and external service partner network
- Provide administration support to external Partner Network in relation to claim submissions & processing
- Co-ordinate technical site support visits
- Support Partner claim submission and processing
- Escalation of issues / queries or anomalies to line manager
- working in conjunction with line manager and client to review critical metrics and key statistics to further develop the support process
- Responses to customer facing FAQs
- Implementation of improved systems and processes
- Customer account reconciliation support functions
