Role Overview:
The Client Administrator will deliver essential administrative support to the Commercial Director, encompassing various responsibilities such as Foodbuy Online management, client communications, reporting, marketing outreach, meeting coordination, and follow-up on minutes and actions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate communication with clients and suppliers to address any outstanding queries related to Foodbuy online, suppliers, or products.
- Assist in achieving client CSR objectives, including responding to inquiries, supporting the creation of marketing materials, and reporting on key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Director to identify and implement strategies for managing costs of goods.
- Support the Commercial Director in documenting actions during meetings and ensuring timely communication with clients.
- Assist with the administration and updates of strategic initiatives and workstreams.
- Oversee monthly communication and reporting to clients.
- Identify opportunities for commercial enhancement in client purchasing and supply chain, analyzing data sets and communicating product changes to clients.
- Manage various ad hoc projects as needed.
- Maintain strong collaborative relationships with relevant teams, including the Customer Experience Team and Supply Chain.
Required Experience:
- Proven experience in business administration support.
- Proficient IT skills with a quick learning ability for new systems.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Team-oriented with a flexible approach.
- Confident demeanor with a proactive attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High literacy standards with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Persistent and resilient in approach.
- Competence in analyzing and interpreting data to inform decision-making.
- A strong influencer, adept at engaging and, when necessary, challenging senior stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of Excel.
