Administrator Care at Home

**EXPERIENCED ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED FOR CARE CENTRE IN Chertsey.**
CHD Living Ltd is a family owned group of care services in Surrey and South London. We are looking to recruit a Part-time administrator to join our Care at Home team at Chertsey.
You will be an experienced administrator, committed to delivering excellent service to all, and you will play a key part in assisting with the daily, smooth running of the service.
**Hours: 9am to 5pm - 3 Days in Week**
**Salary: £12.00 - £13.00 per hour depending on experience**
**About you**:
- At least 3 years’ experience working as an administrator
- Articulate and confident
- Smart appearance, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills both on the telephone and in person.
- Possess excellent hospitality skills and be approachable, with a professional image in line with the company’s core values. You will be able to create an immediate good first impression with anyone you meet.
- Flexible and adapt to new situations and developing workloads whilst working under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Methodical and self-motivated
- Ability to work to deadlines

**Essential skills**:
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook,
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent numerical and literacy skills
- Fluent in English language
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Answering the telephone in a professional and polite manner, dealing effectively with queries as necessary.
- To ensure all administration forms related to clients and staff are accurately completed and signed by the relevant people prior to forwarding to the necessary individual
- Filing and archiving.
- General administration to support the care at home teams
- liaising with staff re car insurance/ MOT’s
- Arranging pick up and delivery of cars
- liaising with mechanics/garages
- Supporting the manager with recruitment administration
