We are looking to hire a Category Administrator who will provide administration support to the Beers, Wines and Spirits Category Manager, and when needed the wider Retail Category team. This will include contract administration, supplier communication, supplier reporting, marketing communication, scheduling meetings and minutes/actions follow up.
- Day to Day
- Liaise with the Retail Team, Clients and Suppliers to resolve issues including inbox queries, supplier requests, client requests, category queries, helpdesk tickets and price file approval.
- Contract administration - Loading and updating contracts on our e-platform.
- Manage the marketing communication to clients on a monthly basis
- including information on market trends as well as showcasing opportunities.
- Stock Management Reporting - Manage on time in full reports to ensure suppliers are meeting contracted KPIs, creation and management of sector activity calendars to allow for accurate forecasting.
- Meetings - Preparing meeting agendas, content and recording actions during meetings.
- Manage ad hoc projects and follow-up with retail team members as required.
- Support with Strategic Pillars workstreams administration and updates.
- Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site.
- Maintain a strong working relationship with other relevant teams such as CET & IT.
