We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant with exceptional organisational and communication skills to work closely with C-Suite executives streamlining workload and communications.

You will demonstrate the utmost level of professionalism and confidentiality, as well as being resourceful, efficient and forward thinking in your approach.

Your responsibilities will range from managing schedules and correspondence to organising meetings and acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.

As Administration Assistant you will be responsible for
- Handling requests and queries appropriately
- Maintain and coordinate complex diary management
- Collation, consolidation and issue of monthly reports and agendas ahead of meetings
- Organising events, national travel and preparation of business itineraries
- Preparing personal expenses and submitting credit card consolidation
- Working with senior stakeholders and executive teams to ensure key deadlines, actions and milestones are tracked and delivered on time
- Internal database and folder management of sensitive files and company documents

The successful Administration Assistant will have
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Experience of working in a highly confidential environment
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to deliver on multiple and complex tasks simultaneously
- Have Strong verbal and written communication skills in addition to a high level of attention to detail
- Be Trustworthy, diligent and very discreet
- Show superb professionalism
- Demonstrate drive, energy, resilience, enthusiasm and determination
